How do I know which class is right for my son or daughter?
Go to our Website - Dreamsdance.com and under the "HOME" heading you can read Class Descriptions with Age and Ability definitions.
How do I register for a class?
All of our class registrations are done On-Line through our website: www.dreamsdance.com. There are multiple "Register Here" buttons throughout our website.
How do I pay my bill?
Here at DDA we try to make bill paying convenient for you so we have multiple ways for you to pay your bill.
What are your Front Desk hours?
Monday: 4:00 - 8:30 pm
Do you offer FREE trial classes?
Yes, we do offer a FREE trial class. If there is a class you are interested in trying call our studio (630-443-2181) and make sure the class is not full and if the class has an opening, show up 5-10 minutes prior to the class time and fill out a "Free Trial Class Waiver..." which you will give to the teacher. When you decide you Love the class and want to register as a student follow our "Register Here" links on our website.
What if we miss a class? Do you allow makeup classes?
Dancers are allowed 2 make up classes, per class, per session. Classes must be made up within 3 weeks of missed class. To attend a makeup class, please choose an age/level appropriate class. Check in at the front desk and fill out the sign in form for the make up classes.
What is your registration fee?
Great question! Here at DDA we do NOT have a Registration Fee!
Do you have a drop in rate or punch cards?
No we do not offer a "drop in" rate or "punch cards".
Do you offer a "Multi-Class" or "Multi-Student" discount?
If you (whether it is one of your children or multiple children) register for 3 or more classes, you receive a 10% discount on tuition each month or 10% off your pay in full amount. The discount will be manually entered by studio AFTER you have registered, but before your first payment. After the first month, it is automatically deducted – just an FYI in case you are wondering why it “looks” different in your transactions. If you do not see the discount reflected in your balance when you go to make your first payment, please let us know.
Do you offer adult classes?
Of course! Please check out our Awesome and Fun adult class descriptions on our website Adult Classes and join today! NO previous dance experience necessary!
What if the weather is bad - we there still be class?
We follow our local schools bad weather cancellation policy. If school is cancelled due to bad weather we are cancelled. We will reschedule your or your child's class at a later date. An email will be sent should a class be cancelled due to inclement weather.
What is a "Platinum Membership"?
This is a great plan for "Company" dancers. When registering for classes and your total is nearing $350 - we suggest you take advantage of this program. Platinum Membership is $350 per month and you receive a FREE gift each September & January.

Do you offer a discount if I register my child late and the session has already started?
If joining the session late there is no pro-rating of tuition.
Refund policy and Dropping a Class
There are no refunds if you drop a class(es) after the first class of the session. Students are not able to get a true feel for a dance class, after just one class. Always remember, it may take a few classes for them to warm up and feel comfortable - esp. the younger ones.
Tuition and Late Fees
Monthly tuition is due on the first of the month of your scheduled class.
